Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is officially available on Netflix, bringing viewers back to the dangerous streets of Night City. The new anime premiered on October 20, 2026, with all 10 episodes released at once.

Created by CD Projekt RED in collaboration with Japanese animation studio Studio Trigger, the series expands the universe introduced in Cyberpunk 2077 while telling a new story with a different group of characters.

According to the developer, the update is scheduled to arrive on October 22, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with a Nintendo Switch 2 release planned to follow.

The update will include content inspired by the new anime, alongside additional items and features. More details are scheduled to be revealed during an official REDstreams presentation on October 21.

This connection between the anime and the game gives fans another reason to revisit Night City as the franchise expands its latest storyline.
